Experience: Virginia is an Associate Attorney at the firm where she concentrates her practice in the defense of licensed healthcare professionals and healthcare facilities. Virginia graduated with honors from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. There, she gained a certificate in Trial Advocacy and was awarded the High Pro Bono Distinction along with CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in White Collar Crime and Professional Responsibility. She also served as a teaching assistant for Securities Regulation.
Prior to joining the firm in 2024, Virginia was a Prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office and subsequently for the City of Mesa. As a Prosecutor, Virginia gained extensive litigation experience and now finds herself “at home” in the courtroom. She is a gifted, articulate writer and driven to provide value to her clients. She has a proven track record of success, effectively prosecuting a broad variety of criminal matters and successfully negotiating case resolutions where indicated.

Other: Virginia is admitted to practice in Arizona and is an active member of the State Bar of Arizona and American Bar Association. Virginia’s interest in the law stemmed from her admiration for her grandfather who practiced law in rural Ohio for over 50 years. Having grown up in Dublin, Georgia, Virginia is passionate about exploring her new home state of Arizona with her husband and son through camping, hiking, and off-roading. She is a classically trained vocalist, committed to the preservation of the arts and the vibrancy of her community.
